Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of sugar, rice, and cornmeal containers. Observed the cold holding units, Victory and Avantco) rusting very badly. PIC will have all containers cleaned by 10/06/21. CFSM stated hopefully the coolers and freezers are being replaced by end of year.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed build up under and behind equipment on the floors. The floors do not look like they have been cleaned. Tiles are very stained and some are damaged. Floors will be cleaned by 10/06/21. Plans are in the works to hopefully have the floor replaced by the first of the year.
