Ronald stated, he had an argument and fight with his stepson, Casey Allen Hyatt. Deputy Green observed a bloody nose on Ronald. Ronald stated the incident happened at 112 Bettstown Road.

On Monday, October 18, 2021, Inv. Vincent Edmond was on duty and located in Decatur County, Georgia. Inv. Edmond received information from a concerned citizen that stated to Inv. Edmond that Tabitha Powell was currently located at the house of a Mytrice Hampton who lived in the Bainbridge Housing Authority. Through several investigative acts, Inv. Edmond learned that Mytrice Hampton lived at 1212 Troupe Street Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. Inv. Edmond and Bainbridge Public Safety Investigators Mark Esquivel and Josh Glover proceeded to 1212 Troupe Street and conducted a warrant check. Tabitha Powell was found inside this residence and was arrested without incident. Tabitha Powell was charged with several felony and misdemeanor warrants for her arrest and will also be charged with Criminal Trespass by Inv. Edmond for being on Housing Authority property when she was previously banned.

On Friday, October 22, 2021, at approximately 1237 hours, Deputy Ariel Varner responded to 1500 E. Shotwell Street, at the E.R., in reference to an Assault; already occurred. Upon arrival, Dep. Varner made contact with the Complainant/Victim Willie Donaldson. Donaldson stated to Dep. Varner that last night on 10/21/2021 at approximately 2100 hours he was walking down the road in the area of Pondtown or Twin Lakes Road. Donaldson told Dep. Varner that he was unsure of his exact location. Donaldson stated while he was walking down the road, when the offender’s, Sacadra James, and Tynisha West jumped out the vehicle on him and James started fighting him.
