Clean floor to sight and touch prior to renting room to guests. Room 101: Floor is sticky near room entry door. Clean floor to sight and touch prior to renting room to guests. Observed all room baseboards extremely dirty and dingy. Paint peeling or flaking off walls, doors, door casings, etc. Clean, paint or repair all rooms with noted issues throughout facility within 60 days.

Any ripped, extremely stained/soiled linens are to be replaced with 30 days. Observed chairs provided in rooms to be ripped and/or heavily stained. Replace ripped or heavily stained furniture within 60 days. Stained furniture may be cleaned rather than replaced.
