Inspector Notes: Observed no hand drying provisions at front hand washing sink. No paper towels at sink. Also observed no hand washing sink in back of kitchen area. COS: PIC put paper towels at hand washing sink. Will discuss with owner about not having a hand washing sink in kitchen. Contact EH by 09/06/21.


12C – wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Inspector Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables and across sink and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Cloths used to wipe down food prep stations and tables. COS: Wet cloths were removed.

511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) – good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)

Inspector Notes: Observed side door to kitchen area not closing. Door will not shut without picking up on it and forcing it shut. Will have seven days to repair door to kitchen.
