Inspector Notes: Observed two bags of chicken wings in the small Beverage Air cooler by deep fryer. Chicken was out of temperature. See temperature log for said items. TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods must be held at 41°F or below for cold holdings. PIC did not know why the chicken is out of temperature. COS: Chicken was discarded and temperature will be monitored.
