Inspector Notes: Observed improper thawing of raw shrimp and pork ribs. Items were submerged in water and not under running water. COS: Employee removed both items. EH explained proper thawing methods.

Inspector Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths used to wipe down prep tables laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: Employee removed all wet wiping cloths.
