Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above required temperature of 41°F. See temperature log for said items. COS: PIC discarded all of the food. Called maintenance to look at unit. Will use outside coolers to hold TCS foods until it is operating properly.
