Inspector Notes: Observed ice in hand washing sink in kitchen area. Someone is dumping ice, possibly from drinks, into the hand washing sink. Cannot use hand washing sink for any other purpose. COS: Ice was removed from handwashing sink.


4-2B – food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Inspector Notes: Observed black slime/mildew build up on the inside food contact surface of Manitowoc automatic ice machine in back kitchen. Will have it cleaned by 07/21/21 and will not use.

Inspector Notes: Observed rusted/damaged back door. Observed debris/grease build up on the floors under and behind shelves, grills, fryers, coolers, and freezers. PIC will have floors cleaned by 07/26/21. Back door will be addressed by next inspection.
