Inspector Notes: Observed a lot of trash and debris under drink machine at drive through station; under and behind machines; under and behind shelves in kitchen area, front counter area, dining room fountain drink area. Observed water dripping from ceiling in kitchen, dishwashing station, and dining room area. Also stained ceiling tiles. PIC stated a deep cleaning will be done by 07/30/2021. Spoke to Felicia Watson. She stated she will address leaks and tiles on ceiling.

Inspector Notes: Observed a lot of dead insects/roaches on traps. Also observed feces and a lot of dead bugs/roaches on a sticky pad under dining room drink machine in the cabinet area. EH given a copy of last pest control visit from EcoLab dated 07/16/2021. PIC stated they will have the area cleaned by 07/30/2021. Will address issues today.
