Fowler made contact with Anthony Dewayne Harrell. Harrell was wanted out of Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, Probation Division, for Probation Violations. Harrell was arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail.

On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 2306 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) Investigator (Inv.) Vincent Edmond was working a security detail in the Faceville community of Decatur County, Georgia. Inv. Edmond was traveling southbound on Faceville Highway near the Faceville Community Store and witnessed a white Kia Forte car traveling northbound on Faceville Highway, in reverse, in the northbound and southbound lanes of Faceville Highway. A check of Dewitt’s Florida driver’s license showed that they were suspended several times. Shaun Dewitt was arrested and issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended and transported to the Decatur County Jail.
