Inspector Notes: Observed ready to eat TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) food held over 24 hours in Victory Refrigerator #1. Food held past the seven day date mark. Ravioli was opened 10/21/20 and still in unit 11/02/20. Seven days would be 10/27/20. COS: Ravioli was discarded.
