Linda Ann Jacobson, 82, of Bainbridge, GA, formerly of Atlanta, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Leslie Dellenbarger officiating. Interment will be at Oak City Cemetery. Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.

Linda Ann Jacobson was born November 26, 1937 in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of Herbert and Miriam Haire Jacobson. She earned a high school diploma and Associates Degree. Linda decided to make Bainbridge her home in 2006 and joined St. John’s Episcopal Church. Though she was very private, she was always willing to help others. Linda had a kind and caring nature. She loved animals and her sweet spirit seemed to make the strays feel welcome at her home. Linda was a devout Christian and shared the lessons of her faith through the life she lived.
Survivors include several cousins. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Ronald Jacobson and Ginga Jacobson Cole.
