Library Awarded Grant
The Decatur County – Gilbert H. Gragg Library Foundation received a grant to fund a Spanish language collection from the Edward C. Fogg III and Lisbeth A. Fogg Charitable Trust. This collection will provide material from children’s books to adult and will have fiction as well as nonfiction titles. If you would like to suggest titles or authors to include in the collection, please contact the library at email@example.com.
The Decatur County – Gilbert H Gragg Library is offering curbside service while the library is closed. You can place holds online or contact the library at 229-248-2665 to request materials. If you have items you need to return to the library, please use the book drop. All items will be quarantined for 96 hours before being checked in. Fines will not accrue while items are in quarantine.
Your kids can join Ms. Wendy every Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 pm for virtual storytime. Each weeks, kids have an opportunity to greet their friends, sing a few songs, and listen to wonderful stories from the library’s collection. They may also request a grab and go craft activity to go along with that week’s theme. Please contact the library at firstname.lastname@example.org to register for the link as well as the craft activity.
