Library Awarded Grant

The Decatur County – Gilbert H. Gragg Library Foundation received a grant to fund a Spanish language collection from the Edward C. Fogg III and Lisbeth A. Fogg Charitable Trust. This collection will provide material from children’s books to adult and will have fiction as well as nonfiction titles. If you would like to suggest titles or authors to include in the collection, please contact the library at [email protected].

Curbside Service

The Decatur County – Gilbert H Gragg Library is offering curbside service while the library is closed. You can place holds online or contact the library at 229-248-2665 to request materials. If you have items you need to return to the library, please use the book drop. All items will be quarantined for 96 hours before being checked in. Fines will not accrue while items are in quarantine.

Virtual Storytime

Your kids can join Ms. Wendy every Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 pm for virtual storytime. Each weeks, kids have an opportunity to greet their friends, sing a few songs, and listen to wonderful stories from the library’s collection. They may also request a grab and go craft activity to go along with that week’s theme. Please contact the library at [email protected] to register for the link as well as the craft activity.

New Books at the Library

Reserve these new books for curbside service at the library! The Evening and the Morning by Ken Follett, How Sweet It Is by Robin Lee Hunter and The Darkest Evening by Ann Cleeves are just a few of the new books that have just arrived. Come get these and more at the library today!
