Good morning,
We are Southern Commercial Development, LLC. We work with CSX Transportation providing traffic control and detour signage for railroad crossing closures which require routine maintenance.
CSX Railroad has scheduled the attached list of crossings to be closed for repair. This will necessitate rerouting traffic. Signage will be in place marking detour routes. Please note the expected close dates. Each crossing will be closed for 3 to 5 days, however, with one way in/out accesses we can request special accommodations for these closures. We can work together to develop a plan.
We will update you with changes in the schedule as they occur, as they are highly likely in this field of work. Please note that any/all dates are subject to change due to weather and/or other unforeseen conditions.
Please notify us of any required detours, permits or any questions.
