On 07/22/2020. at approximately 1352 hours, Inv. Terry Phillips met with City of Climax, GA. Mayor, Joseph Kelly and City of Climax Employee, Greg Toole at Climax GA. City Hall, concerning Damage to City Property. Kelly stated that he was contacted earlier on this date by Greg Toole concerning someone pulling up a solar power light affixed to a metal pole in Parker Park.
