On Sunday, July 19, 2020, at approximately 1626 hours, Deputy Wilkinson was dispatched to a call, in reference to Cruelty to Animals. Deputy Wilkinson was advised by Decatur-Grady 911 that the complainant wanted a phone call. Deputy Wilkinson Spoke on the phone to Abraham Stubbs, who stated that he believes that one of his calves had been shot by an unknown person.

On Sunday, July 19, 2020, at 1508 hours, Decatur County Sheriff Deputy Gary Hines responded to 308 East Griffin Avenue, located in Attapulgus, Decatur County, Georgia, in reference to the complaint of Stolen Property.

OFFENDER: WESLEY BRIAN ADAMS
On July 19, 2020, E911 dispatched to Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, that there was a subject on the phone saying that her ex- boyfriend Wesley Adams had a Warrant. The subject stated that he was wanted out of Thomas County Sheriff’s Office. E911 advised that Thomas County would extradite. Deputy McCall initiated a traffic stop and Adams did not stop. Deputy McCall was advised by Lieutenant Presilla to cut the chase off. Adam then turned onto Nicholas Subdivision Rd., in Seminole County. Deputy McCall and Deputy Kirkland turned on the road behind him. Adams was ordered out of his vehicle and placed under arrest. Adams was transported to the Decatur County Jail.
