Inspector Notes: Observed overhead protection and parking pad have not been installed as discussed and required at base of operation. Owner, Pourch, has provided EH with a contract agreement with Affordable Steel Structures (Ryan Shirley) to install parking pad and overhead protection at base of operation. Parking pad and overhead protection have not been able to be installed due to weather/rain. Agreed with Pourch to have parking pad and overhead protection for mobile unit installed by 6/25/20.

Repeat: No

Inspector Notes: Mop sink/utility room has exposed wall studs and water damage. Outside wall and roof to be repaired to prevent water intrusion into utility room. Replace wall coverings, seal all cracks and holes and install coved base molding by 7/20/20. Room is to be painted light in color.
