On Sunday, June 28th at 12:35am, Bainbridge Public Safety officers were dispatched to a shooting at Rivers Apartments on Lake Drive.
Upon arrival, officers were directed to a deceased male subject, later identified as Justin Clifford Harris, age 28, who had been shot. EMS arrived on scene and began assessing the victim while officers began interviewing witnesses. Public Safety Investigators, Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputies, and the GBI were called to assist.
One person has been arrested in connection to this incident. This is an active investigation.
