On Friday afternoon, Captain Toby Miller was pleased to accept a large donation of hand sanitizer which was given to local first responders by the Bainbridge Rotary Club. Dr. Crycynthia Gardner, Rotary Foundation Grant Chairman, obtained the grant and used it to get the hand sanitizer which was made by Pretoria Fields of Albany.
Representatives from Decatur Fire and Rescue, Decatur EMA, and the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office were also on hand to receive the donated product from Rotary Club President Dick Youmans and President-Elect Tim Cochran.
Bainbridge Public Safety officers are very grateful to the Rotary Club for the donation, and will put the hand sanitizer to good use!
