On Monday, April 20, 2020 at around 1630 hrs., Emergency 911 dispatched a Structure Fire at the intersection of Colquitt Highway and Rand Floyd Road. Deputy M. Knight responded to the dispatched call. Deputy Knight then called Captain Lambert for the on-call investigator. All information was advised to Investigator Vincent Edmond.

On Saturday, April 18, 2020, at 1600 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Hines responded to 2570 Belcher Lane, Decatur County, Georgia, in reference to a Damage to Property complaint. Deputy Hines arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant Tuwana Crosby. The complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend Kevin Whitaker damaged the hood on her white 2007 Chrysler Sebring by striking it with a metal pressure washer wand.
