On March 27, 2020, at approximately 0118 hours, Deputy Dustin Strickland, Deputy Chris Jackson, and Sergeant Austin Spence responded to 594 Cedar Grove Rd., in reference to a Domestic. McConnell was placed under arrest and transported to the Decatur County Jail without incident.

On March 26, 2020, at approximately 1742 hours, Deputy Timothy Fowler and Sergeant Austin Spence responded to 852 Woodhull Road, in reference to Neighbor Problems.

On March 26, 2020, at approximately 2201 hours, Deputy Timothy Fowler and Sergeant Austin Spence responded to 912 Spring Creek Rd., in reference to a concerned citizen.
Ruben Villegas was arrested and transported to Decatur County Jail via Deputy Strickland’s patrol vehicle, where he was later booked on the following charges: Terroristic Threats and Acts, Convicted Felons Possession of Firearms Prohibited and Fugitive/Uniform Criminal Extradition Act.

OFFENDER: JIMMY LEE FORBES
On Thursday, March 26, 2020, at approximately 1634 hours, Chief Investigator Elijah McCoy contacted Inv. Humphrey via cell phone. McCoy stated he had been called regarding Jimmy Lee Forbes passing Forged checks, and was still there. Forbes was placed under arrest for Forgery in the fourth degree. Forbes was transported to the Decatur county jail. where he was booked and finger printed on the forgery case.
