Inspector Notes: Observed wet stacking of plastic food containers, metal plans, and lids on the shelves in back dishwashing area. All pans and utensils have to air dry before stacking. PIC will discuss with employees on 02/12/20 wet stacking and it will not occur again.

Inspector Notes: Observed stained/soiled walls in the middle room and dishwashing station. Walls have some damaged areas and are in need of cleaning or repainting. PIC stated she will discuss violation with CFSM/PIC Tanya Sorrell, Owner. Contact EH with a corrective plan of action.
