At Tuesday night’s meeting of the Bainbridge City Council, Mayor Edward Reynolds had the pleasure of presenting Sergeant David Cutchin with a gift and a plaque in recognition of his 30 years of dedicated service to the community of Bainbridge. On January 24th, Cutchin officially retired from the Public Safety Department where he has served since February 10, 1989. Cutchin is married to Vicki and they have 7 children and 12 grandchildren. Cutchin also is credited with starting the “Kids ‘n Kops” program.
