On October 10, 2019, at approximately 1130 hours, Investigators Justin Kelly, Adam Mobley, and Vincent Edmond were located in the area of 710 S. Scott Street, in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. Inv. Kelly conducted a traffic stop on the blue Jeep Grand Cherokee as it drove into the parking lot of Sonic, located at 711 Alice Street, Bainbridge, Georgia. Perkins was placed under arrest for Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving While License Suspended, Insurance Requirements, Registration Requirements, Obstruction of Officers, Reckless Driving, Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police Officer, Drugs – Manufacture/Sell/Distribute.

On Friday, October 19, 2019, at 0207 hours, Deputies responded to 109 Connell Drive, in reference to a Burglary in progress. Sgt. Musgrove then made contact with Anthony Harrell. Sgt. Musgrove ran Harrell’s driver license thru Decatur County 911. Decatur 911 advised Harrell’s license was Suspended for Child Support. Sgt. Musgrove then placed Harrell under arrest. Harrell was handcuffed in the rear, cuffs checked for fit and double locked. When Sgt. Musgrove ran the temporary tag that was on the white Ford Ranger, it came back to a white Ford Explorer. Harrell was also charged with Wrong Tag on Vehicle.
