Inspector Notes: Observed several small prepackaged items of raw chicken that has not been cooked to the proper temperature. PIC stated it was suppose to be cooked last night, but observation shows the chicken is still raw. The small portion bags of raw chicken was put inside of a container of cooked chicken. Raw chicken laying on top of the ready to eat portions of cooked chicken in same container. COS: PIC removed all of the raw chicken to be cooked and will reheat the other cooked portions to 165° F or above.
