On Monday, 5 August 2019, at approximately 2200 hours, Deputy Donnie McLendon responded to 153 Andre Ave., in reference to Threats. Upon arrival Deputy McLendon made contact with Cecili Landaverde and Juan Landaverde. Cecili advised that she was trying to have a conversation with Juan about getting a divorce. Cecili advised that Juan got made and started making threats towards her.

On Monday, August 5, 2019, at approximately 1947 hours, Deputy Aaron Austin and Deputy Donnie McLendon responded to 145 Cliff Circle, in reference to an Unruly Juvenile. Upon arrival, Deputy Austin spoke with Amanda Mills who stated that her son had gotten mad and broke another window to the trailer.

Upon arrival Deputy McLendon made contact with Shakia Bush. Bush advised that her boyfriend, Terrance Weston, threatened her. OFFENDER: TERRELL PETERSON / MONTAVIOUS TISHAWN RUMPH
On Friday, August 2, 2019, Investigator Vincent Edmond was on duty and located in Decatur County, Georgia. Investigator Edmond, Investigator Demetric Koonce-Elijah, and Patrol Lieutenant Ramsay Simmons were located at 935 MLK Jr. Drive Bainbridge, Georgia in reference to a warrant check. Investigator Edmond had credible information that a black male named Montavious Tishaun Rumph may be residing at this residence and Edmond knew that Rumph was wanted from Gadsden County, Florida for an Outstanding Bench Warrant for a Felony Grand Theft Charge and a Failure to Appear on an Outstanding Felony Controlled Substance charge. Terrell Peterson was arrested for Obstruction of An Officer, both subjects were transported to the Decatur County Jail.
