On August 17, 2019, at 2235 hours, Deputy Strickland, Deputy Marvin Knight and Sergeant Charles King responded to 637 E. Griffin Ave., in reference to an unknown problem. Decatur/Grady advised Deputies that Davis went into her neighbor’s residence and refused to leave. Davis was arrested and charged with Obstruction.

On August 19, 2019, at approximately 1700 Hours, Decatur County Deputy Austin Spence and Deputy Donnie McLendon responded to the 2100 block of Butler Ferry Road, in reference to two male subjects pointing an AK- 47 at people, out of the window of a truck.

On Monday, August 12, 2019, at 0600 hours, Lieutenant John Presilla observed a male subject walking down Hutchinson Ferry Road. Lt. Presilla made contact and gathered information on the Juvenile who was found to be from Panama City, Florida. The Juvenile was wanted on a Warrant for a Stolen Vehicle and reported as a Runaway. Lt. Presilla placed the Juvenile under arrest and transported to the Decatur Jail without incident. All concerned parties were notified of the Juveniles whereabouts and how to locate the Stolen Vehicle.

On Thursday, august 22, 2019, at 0055 hours, Deputy Michael Musgrove, Deputy Dustin Strickland and Sergeant Charles King was located at 114 Pope Road, in reference to a Wanted Person. Alfred Hampton was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear o/c Driving While License Suspended.

On Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 0131 hours, Deputy Michael Musgrove made contact via phone with McCormick. McCormick stated her daughter, Patty Durden, made Threats with a knife to harm her (McCormick).

On Sunday, August 25, 2019, at 0236 hours, Sergeant Garrett Wooten, Deputy Aaron Austin, along with Bainbridge Public Safety Sergeant Toby Miller, were located at 716 East College Street, in reference to a Missing Juvenile, possibly being located at this address. Officers and Deputies found the Juvenile inside the residence and transported her to the Decatur County Jail. Department of Juvenile Justice was contacted and advised to release her to her guardian (father) Lamerrio Casteel. Casteel took custody of her at approximately 0353 hours and Investigator Justin Kelly was also notified.

On Friday, August 23, 2019, at approximately 1530 hours, Decatur County Deputy Austin Spence and Investigator Demetric Elijah was out at Decatur County Sheriff Office, in reference to a Theft. Henerey stated on August 14, 2019, at an unknown time she had a variety of items taken from her residence on 145 Deese Road.

Deputy McLendon made contact with Clees, placed him under arrest and transported him to the Decatur County without incident.
