BOLO out of Jackson County Florida (Sneads):
Around 12:45pm today, an Apalachee Correctional Institution inmate, James Bolding, stole a “Town of Sneads” truck and fled a work detail. He is a middle-aged white male with closely trimmed hair who is originally from Clearwater Florida but has family members in North Carolina. He was wearing a blue inmate uniform. Please call 911 immediately if you spot the truck or Bolding.
