At Tuesday’s meeting of the Bainbridge City Council, Public Safety Investigator Chip Nix was recognized as the Employee of the Quarter.
Nix has had the honor of serving in law enforcement in our community for 23 years. He began his career with the Whigham Police Department and moved to Bainbridge Public Safety in 1997. After serving with the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office for several years, he rejoined BPS in 2003.
Nix is married to Cheryl and they have three children, Colby, Tristan, and Kimber.
