Harold Levi Fleshman, Jr. was born February 9, 1937 in Saint Joseph, MO, the son of Harold L. Fleshman, Sr. and Esther Josephine Mohler Fleshman. He proudly served his country in the United States Army upon his high school graduation. Harold married Barbara Sampson in 1959 and they began building their lives in Thomasville, GA later moving to Carrollton, GA. Harold & Barbara eventually settled in Bainbridge where he worked with BellSouth until his retirement. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Harold was an on-the-go guy serving as a Mason, a Shriner and a Gideon in addition to loving others through the Baracca Sunday School Class. He had a brilliant mind and a great sense of humor. Harold was loaded with blonde jokes and probably even made up a few. He loved camping and spent some of his retirement years working at the local campground, kind of like the welcome wagon. He enjoyed tinkering whether it was on a computer or building an airplane. Faith and family were priorities. Harold would say his children and his grandchildren provided him the best bragging rights and story material.

Survivors include his wife of almost 60 years, Barbara Fleshman; his children, Carolyn Fleshman Olive of Bainbridge and Kimberly Lynn Fleshman-Leff and her husband, Howard, of Clearwater, FL; his siblings, Rose Marie Fleshman Vaughn of Amity, MO, Ben & Norma Fleshman of Saint Joseph, MO and Dean & Linda Fleshman also of Saint Joseph, MO; his grandchildren, Thomas Hill Olive & Hannah Temples and Haleigh Lanier Olive & Paul Coleman; his eighteen nieces and nephews; and his loyal companion, Baby. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his sisters, Frances Curl and Gail Fleshman.
