Charles Carroll Bell was born January 27, 1936 in Ripley, MS, the son of Earl and Gladys Yates Bell. He was a high school graduate who proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Charles was a self-employed carpenter making his home in Decatur County since 1970. He was a member of Southwest Baptist Church.
Charles Bell believed in helping others and that there was nothing a good day’s work couldn’t cure. He enjoyed reading, especially non-fiction pieces, and NASCAR. Being detail oriented, Charles knew every detail mattered and made sure every detail was included in special memories for his family.

Bell; his children, Buddy Bell and his wife, Jennifer, and Sharon Morrison and her husband, Matthew; his siblings, Milton Bell, David Bell and Chris Gray; his grandchildren, Kerry Waddell, Caroline Bell and Katherine Bell; and his great-grandchildren, George Waddell and Savannah Waddell.
