Mrs. Loretta Carol King Ezell, age 49, passed away at her home in Bainbridge, Georgia, Sunday, October 22, 2017. A service in her honor will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox Funeral Home. The Rev. David Grubbs will officiate. A private interment will be held in Oak City Cemetery.
Loretta Carol King was born in Bainbridge, Georgia, to Willie King and Callie Elizabeth Josey King. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ezell. Loretta loved music and loved to dance. Before her illness, she loved to clean and was a hard worker. Her family filled her heart, especially her grandchildren. Loretta will be greatly missed by the family and friends she loved so very much.
Mrs. Ezell is survived by her daughters, Reba Grubbs and Christina Ezell of Bainbridge; sisters, Teresa Trawick and husband, Ralph and Christy King, all of Bainbridge; brother, William King and wife, Phyllis of Donalsonville, Georgia; and grandchildren, Ciara Grubbs, Gabriel Grubbs, and Isabella Ezell.
