Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in True Unit and front unit. See temperature log for said items. TCS foods must be cold held at 41° or below. COS: CFSM discarded all items. Will use the other two units until current units are able to maintain proper temperatures.
