Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at either hand washing sinks used by employees. Hand washing sinks are not supplied with paper towels. COS: PIC put napkins at both hand washing sinks used by employees to was their hands.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of the dry wells on both sides. Unit hot holds food items. Observed a lot of build up; food debris on the inside of the units. PIC will have units cleaned by 04/28/21.
