On February 29, 2020, at approximately 0202 hours, Deputy Jordan Phillips and Sergeant Charles King responded to the S&P Truck Stop, in reference to a male subject passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. Upon arrival, Dep. Phillips and Sgt. King made contact with a Hispanic male, Angel Ranchito. Ranchito appeared intoxicated. An open bottle of Michelob Ultra was located inside the vehicle. After running Ranchito’s name and date of birth through E-911, Ranchito came back showing Active Warrants out of Decatur County and the City of Moultrie. Ranchito was transported to the Decatur County Jail for booking and processing.

McGaughey stated the incident happened at her residence of 490 Antioch Church Road.
