Inspector Notes: Observed water leaks in the kitchen dishwashing area. The garbage disposal has two bad leaks. Observed a lot of food debris all over the garbage disposal from the leaks. Observed a foul odor coming from the dishwashing/sink/disposal area. Contact EH with a plan of corrective action within 5 days.
