Kelly J. Godwin, 85, of Recovery, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

Kelly Johnson was born May 26, 1940, in Wisconsin. As a young girl, she set out to see the world. She loved traveling in the RV, listening to music, and cooking. (She KNEW music and was even a finalist on Name that Tune!) Kelly’s “all business” attitude let you know in a skinny minute just where she stood. She was shrewd in her dealings and tight on her money. Though her circle was small, her heart was bigger than the moon.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Byron Godwin, and her children, Charmian Holton, Alison Smith, and Trey Godwin.
