Inspector Notes: Observed hand washing sink in the kitchen area not working. When EH went to wash hands, it was not working. Sink will not turn on. PIC stated it was broken. EH had to go to drive thru to wash hands. Will have hand washing sink working properly by 05/14/25. KFC has to have a functioning hand washing sink.

Inspector Notes: Observed stained ceiling tiles in the men’s and women’s restrooms. Broken/missing floor tiles at the 3-compartment sink area. Also, soiled floors under and behind shelves, equipment, etc. Will have floors cleaned within three to five days. Observed excessive ice buildup in the walk in freezer. Will be cleaned with three to five days.
