Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at either handwashing sink used by employees in the kitchen. No hand drying provisions provided. COS: PIC bought rolls of paper towels and put them at the handwashing sinks.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled walls & floors under and behind cookers, warmers, freezers, shelves, and drive thru area. Observed several torn seats in dining room area. Also observed soiled windows. Floors and walls will be cleaned within three to five days. Torn seats will be addressed with upper management.
