Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of drink nozzles on the Coke machine behind bar. The drink machine nozzles are encrusted with deposits/buildup. CFSM will have them cleaned by 03/20/25.

Inspector Notes: Observed cooked RTE (Ready to Eat) food in WIC not date marked. All items do not have any dates on then and held for 24 hours. Goat meat cooked 03/17/25 per CFSM. Beans & Rice cooked 03/18/25 per CFSM. COS: CFSM properly put dates on all the food.

Inspector Notes: Observed hot sauce stored in a plastic container that was a Cafe Bustelo Ground Coffee container. Container used to store hot sauce had no label to identify what was in the container. Hot sauce can only be stored in it’s original container or a food storage container. COS: CFSM removed the hot sauce.

511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) – good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls throughout kitchen area. Observed a lot of clutter throughout the kitchen area. CFSM stated he is waiting on some help to show up and get started on the cleaning. Will have three to five days to clean.
