Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at back hand washing sink in kitchen. Must have hand drying provisions (paper towels). COS: CFSM put paper towels at hand washing sink. Note: Observed employee washing a knife in the hand washing sink in front line area. CFSM discussed with the employee reasons why you cannot wash utensils in hand washing sink.
