Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Origin microwave in kitchen (Inverter). Observed a lot of debris build up on the inside food contact surface of microwave. Will have it cleaned by 02/14/24.

Inspector Notes: Observed blue ice scoop stored above/beside the ice machine. Ice scoop stored on a dirty surface. Must store ice scoop between uses on a clean surface if not stored in ice with handle up. COS: PIC removed ice scoop.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surface of microwave, large convection oven, shelves, inside and outside of all coolers, plates under microwave, chest cooler, all of the coolers and freezers. General cleaning of all of the equipment is needed. CFSM will have everything cleaned with five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled/dirty/grease buildup on floors throughout kitchen area, under and behind all of the equipment, shelves, tables, etc. Soiled walls also throughout kitchen. Will have floors and walls cleaned within five to seven days.
