Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in WIC in kitchen. TCS foods must be cold held at 41°F or below. COS: CFSM discarded all of the food and has contacted a service company to come look at cooler. Do not store any TCS food in the cooler until it is operating properly. Contact EH when cooler is operating properly.
