Sandra Dee DeLeon was born June 15, 1962, in Seminole County, GA, the daughter of Bobby & Dorothy “Dot” Kennedy Cloud. She lived in Southwest Georgia her entire life and worked at West Palm Beach Aluminum Windows. Sandy was Baptist by faith.

Sandy enjoyed being at home especially with her dog, Zero. Smoking cigarettes, drinking Mountain Dew, and watching Bonanza, Gunsmoke, or the ID Channel made every day a great day. She was not soft-spoken or afraid to work. Tattoos were a form of art that served as reminders of what was in her heart. Just like any good southern girl, Sandy loved her family and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Survivors include her children, Amber Tapia (Raymond) and Ana-Alicia Cloud; her grandchildren, Caricia Tapia (Timothy White), Emmenuel Martinez (Ashley), and Nathalia Flores (Luis); her siblings, Alice Freeman, Betty Day, Debra Knight (Ronnie), George Cloud (Anna), Kenneth Lloyd (Dee), and Wendy Velez (Julio); and numerous great-grandchildren and nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Sayre, her brother, DeWitt Cloud; and her brothers-in-law, Puddin’ Pop and Travis Day.

Bryant Funeral Home, located at 105 N. Florida Street, is assisting the family with arrangements. (229-246-3321)

  1. She had a heart of gold, If she loved you, she loved you with all her heart. She spoke her peace and stood her ground, but yet she loved all those who were around.

  2. Sandy was not just my cousin but my sister and she will always be missed and be forever in my heart ❤️
