Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of Beverage Air Prep Unit, coolers, convection oven, ice machine, shelves throughout kitchen area, dishwasher, and cooking/grilling equipment. Deep cleaning is needed throughout kitchen area. Will have everything cleaned within five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed a bit of debris and other stuff, dirty trash cans and trash outside the back door. Observed soiled walls and floors throughout kitchen area. PIC will have everything cleaned within two to three days.
