Inspector Notes: Observed wall paper border in Rooms 203, 204, and 212 peeling from wall. Owner stated border will be removed when rooms are painted. Painting of rooms should start next week. Painting was scheduled to begin this week but got postponed until next week. Observed evidence of past water leak on ceiling in Room 203. Owner is aware of stain. Owner stated popcorn ceiling in rooms will be removed and ceilings painted. Brown staining will be repaired at time room is painted.
