Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) food above 41°F in the WIC. See temperature log for said items. All TCS foods must be cold held at 41°F or below. COS: PIC/CFSM discarded all of the food and has a work order with maintenance to get it fixed. Do not cold hold any TCS food until unit is operating properly. Call EH when fixed.
