(2) Consider Special Use Permit – Applicant Eco Energy Distribution Services, LLC is requesting a Special Use Permit on the South side of parcel B0800003 adjacent to the CSX railroad tracks for the purpose of transferring ethanol from rail to the adjacent petroleum terminal. The proposed use will utilize approximately 7 acres of the 37.31-acre parcel.
(3) Consider Special Use Permit – Applicant Donella Nicole Walker is requesting a Special Use Permit for an RV park at 121 Green Shade Rd. The combined total of the property is approximately 7 acres.
