Inspector Notes: Observed a mixer sitting in a container of water between uses. Water temp was 70°F. In use utensils can not sit in water unless water is maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. COS: PIC removed mixer. EH discussed proper storage of in use utensils.

Inspector Notes: Observed the sanitizing solution in 3-compartment sink above 400 ppm. COS: PIC lowered the level of sanitizer in 3-compartment sink to 200 ppm.
