Cynthia Jean Campbell was born November 25, 1972, in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Charles William Campbell & Mavis Busby. After high school, Cindy earned credit towards an associate degree. She worked as a bus driver for MIDS Transportation and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Cindy was an artist illustrating her perspective in pen and ink drawings. She wrote poetry to reflect thoughts of daily life and milestone events. Some days, words came easily. Other days, she would simply sketch. Her love for animals was often depicted in her drawings.

She knew her way around the kitchen. A family favorite was her made-from-scratch chicken pot pie. Cindy enjoyed fishing almost as much as the fish fry with family & friends that followed. If you stopped in and she was watching television, you could bet it was “The Price Is Right” or “X-Files”.

Survivors include her children, Christopher W. Campbell of Valdosta and Dakota A. Campbell of Bainbridge; her mother, Mavis Busby; her siblings, Karen Humphrey (Robert) and Kimberly Landeen (Rick); her stepmother, Jane Campbell; several nieces & nephews; and a host of extended family. Cindy was preceded in death by her father.

Bryant Funeral Home, located at 105 N. Florida Street, is assisting the family with arrangements. (229-246-3321)
